Brad grew up in Elma, Iowa and graduated from Crestwood High School in 2004. Brad attended and graduated with honors from Upper Iowa University. While in college Brad volunteered as an assistant high school wrestling coach. After graduating Brad served the communities of Adel and Osceola, Iowa as a police officer. Prior to joining First Heartland, Brad worked at Alta Vista Insurance & Services in Alta Vista, Iowa helping clients protect their property and assets. Brad and his wife, Rachel, have three children, Ryder, Lydia, and Brooks. Brad enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, watching college and high school wrestling, and cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes and Kansas City Chiefs.
